Peter Morgan Estate Agents is a family business run by Peter and Julie Morgan who are based and work from their Head Office at Windsor Road, Neath, West Glamorgan, South Wales. Recently their eldest son Jonathan has joined them, making this business a real family company.

Peter and Julie are fiercely proud of their independent status in today`s competitive marketplace. With over 60 years of experience between them they truly are experts in all aspects of the property market. Peter and Julie strongly believe that with the support of their experienced, dynamic senior management team and their support staff, they are well equipped to deliver an unbeatable service to their clients and the general public.

Peter began in the estate agency industry back in 1973. After seven years of success, in 1980, Peter and Julie branched out and opened the doors to Peter Morgan Estate Agent's first office in their hometown of Neath.

Due to the success of their new estate agency business, word began to spread about their creative selling abilities which brought opportunities to expand, and expand they did! By building a business based on the principles of trust and being dependable, Peter and Julie have organically grown their organisation to become one of Wales` leading independent estate agents. They are proud to be employers of almost 50 members of staff, some of whom have worked with them for many years.

Their network now covers the M4 Corridor from The Vale of Glamorgan to Carmarthenshire. Peter Morgan offers a full range of services affording you the convenience of doing all your property related business under one roof.   

There are 6 estate agency branches at Neath (Head Office) Bridgend, Port Talbot, Maesteg, Skewen and Llanelli. There are also centralised offices for Peter Morgan Mortgage Centre, Peter Morgan Property Management & Peter Morgan Overseas Property.
