Q. When did you decide on a TM house?

A.   At the "A Place in the Sun" exhibition itself in London. TM staff were very helpful and informative and straight away we wanted to visit with a view to buying.

Q. Which is your favourite season to enjoy your TM home?

A.  Up until now I would say June or September, because the weather is perfect, it is lovely and warm still, but not too hot. We also like this time of year as it is nice and quiet, there are less people around and therefore much more space for us to enjoy the pool and gardens which we love....

Q. What do you like best about the Spanish Mediterranean?

A.  The people (who are all so welcoming), the language, the food and the Spanish culture. We love the flexible and more relaxed attitude to life over here; for example eating later than back home, the longer evenings, the lazy mornings and of course the "siesta". These Spanish time scales suit us much better..

Q. Why did you choose a TM property?

A.  Mainly it was down to the fact that we found the whole TM experience wonderful from start to finish. Everything we were told would happen, did happen - it was all so straightforward. So far we are really happy with our new home.

Q. What do you like best about the urbanisation: the pool, the jacuzzi, the social club with gym or the proximity to the beach?

A.  First of all we were very impressed with the location and the fact we are within easy reach of 2 airports, we also like the fact we can take a stroll to the beach. I would also like to mention the qualities of the construction in general.

Q. Tell us of a place you like to go when you are not on holiday in your TM home

A.  We are well travelled, but we do like to visit Australia. We know this country very well and have been many times, generally we like the East and West Coast and in particular Perth. For a short break we would go for a trip to New York or any European city.

Q. A confession to finish with, has your circle of friends suddenly increased since you have bought your TM property in Spain?

A.  I must admit we do have a queue of friends and family who have expressed an interest in going over or visiting us there...
