You will receive a telephone call from your adviser who will take details about your circumstances and situation so that the preliminary investigations can begin towards a mortgage application.
The questions asked involve your residency, financial situation and credit history.
The meeting will take about forty five minutes and will begin with an explanation of how Peter Morgan Financial Services can help you. Any outstanding information will be obtained to allow the adviser to identify the best lender and product to suit your personal circumstances.
The adviser will then explain the mortgage types, interest rates and costs involved in the house buying process. All the information you are given is explained in simple terms without any confusing financial jargon.
The adviser will then research the mortgage market using the information you have provided together with your needs and requirements to come up with recommendations that fit your profile.
With your consent we’ll then arrange a mortgage agreement in principle (AIP) with your selected lender.
Peter Morgan Financial Services will then process your application, collate any further outstanding information and keep you updated during the application process.
Once a lenders formal offer is received it will be checked to ensure your requirements have been met.
Upon receipt of the mortgage offer your solicitor will begin their legal process to allow you to proceed towards the completion of your home purchase or remortgage.
