Tenant Find Agreement (signed by all legal owners)
Energy Performance Certificate (minimum rating of E)
Landlord valid photographic IC
Landlord current proof of address
Property Insurance
Rent Smart Wales Licence Number/ Certificate
Gas Safety Certificate
Electrical Inspection Certificate (or disclaimer)
Legionella Risk Assessment (or disclaimer)
A key for the property
Upfront payment of £49 and additional fee for any other additional service agreement
